Our company was founded in 2010 with the goal of helping small businesses simplify the process of building, launching and maintaining a professional website.
Since that time, we have worked with hundreds of established Bay Area companies, entrepreneurs, startups, and non-profits to establish an online presence, starting with their website, and integrating other meaningful tools for connecting with customers.
Whether you need a basic business website, or have a more elaborate project in mind, we have the knowledge & experience to help you get launched quickly and efficiently, with the right technology and a plan for the future.
Typically, we work via project based rates, but we also offer hourly rates and monthly packages for design, management, hosting & support.
We are based in Concord, and work remotely with clients from all over the San Francisco Bay Area, California, and US.
Mitch Free / Owner & Project Lead
Mitch has personally built and launched nearly 1,000 business websites for clients in a variety of industries, from all over the Bay Area & United States.
Before bizdetail, Mitch worked for a small web design & software startup in Berkeley, where he paid dues, launched hundreds of sites, and developed the skills, results, and passion required to run a full service web design firm.
Mitch grew up in Pleasanton, and has lived all over the East Bay, including Walnut Creek, San Ramon, Oakland & Alameda, so he knows the towns that make up the Bay Area well.
Outside of work, Mitch enjoys walking and exercising, gardening, practicing and playing golf, and taking on “hands-on” projects around the house. Mitch graduated from UC Davis, and lives in Concord.

Jas has worked with bizdetail for 7 years, focused primarily on small business sites and eCommerce projects.
Over that time, Jas has ingrained himself as a valuable team member, always willing to take the time to understand the task and objective, before coming up with the best solution.
Jas is a WordPress and Shopify expert, and makes quick work of the most difficult and time consuming of assignments.
In his spare time, Jas enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
Andrew Tatu / Design Team
Andrew has been a professional designer for close to a decade, and has a passion for creating clean, modern websites, logos, graphics, eBooks, .pdfs, and more.
He has worked with bizdetail for the past 6 years, designing logos, websites, flyers, business cards, slide graphics, eBook covers, and anything else you might need designed. With a little bit of direction, he can turn your idea or vision into a reality.
Andrew loves to travel, play sports, and listen to music, which he uses to find inspiration in his design work. Andrew lives with his wife in London.
