J. Bradford & Co. is a Livermore-based boutique food and beverage distributor providing healthy options to hospital and college cafeterias, gyms, bakeries, and other businesses catering to customers concerned with sustainability and wellness. We recently launched their new B2B website design, and it came out GREAT.
Brands like Harney & Sons Tea, Nixie, Zolo, iwon organics, jambar, Honey Stinger, Kate’s Real Food, and other LOHUS-focused brands they represent have invested countless dollars in marketing materials, and we were able to leverage these materials to lower custom web design costs and avoid “recreating the wheel.”
After learning more about the client and how their sales conversations and follow-up contact with customers typically progresses, we built out two specific features to aid their process.
First, we added a simple web form that allows potential customers (virtually all of whom have already been contacted by J. Bradford & Co sales staff) to request and download an order form immediately. J. Bradford & Co. gets a notification email, and their customers gets their order form emailed to them, spelling out their order process.
Second, we added a window and page to feature new and existing products under the heading of “What’s Cool.” The J. Bradford & Co. team can then point ordering managers to this page to learn about new products, and they can feature this content in their monthly newsletter that goes out to current and potential customers.
The final website we launched was beautifully-simplistic, and does exactly what the client needed it to do without doing too much. The owner even gave us a 5 star Google review!
