Impact Wholesale provides POS receipt paper, thermal paper, and printer supplies to the food and hospitality industries. We built their original website many years ago, and recently helped them launch a rebranded and revamped website as they shift their focus away from receipt paper and to restaurant supplies.
The site runs a combination of WordPress and WooCommerce, and we built out their site with extreme flexibility in mind. The Impact sales team can approach customers, find out what they order, then easily add new products to the store, plus set up customers with custom pricing.
Customers are set up with an account and with their own wishlist of products they order frequently. We also launched their Commerce site as an app in the Apple App and Google Play stores. Their customers enjoy the flexibility of ordering via the web or via app on their home screen.
