The Lodi Library Foundation is a non-profit that raises money in the local community to “fill the gap” between available public funds and the needs of the Library. We were recently tasked with updating and modernizing their site, and building it out with a few specific goals in mind. Here is what we came up with:

The site provides background on the organization, it’s leadership, and accomplishments each year.
A prominent donate button links to a page that contains donation information for their various fundraising efforts.
Each year, the foundation publishes a newsletter that goes out to donors, and we link to past newsletters, plus provide various places for new people to subscribe.
The Foundation is active on Facebook, so we embedded their feed to display their content automatically, eliminating the need to log in to the website to post updates, while at the same time, going to their donors and supports where they are, on social media!
It’s quick, it’s efficient, and it is organized to achieve their needs, namely education visitors about the foundation, encourage them to donate, and sign up for the newsletter.
