Clay Street Heights is a mixed use building with commercial and residential units in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. The project came to us from an existing client who owns and operates a plastic surgery clinic near the building. We were tasked with building a very simple site with information about the units, and basic contact information to inquire about leasing the units. Here is what we came up with.

We built a basic one-page site that featured high quality photos of the building exterior and interior, as well as basic information about the units and neighborhood.
The floorplan of the commercial unit was also provided, so prospective tenants can get an idea of what is possible.
While most small business web design projects call for a more elaborate, comprehensive website for purposes of search engine optimized website, in this case, a simple one page site was the way to go.
The site is responsive, and looks equally great on desktops / laptops as it does on mobile. Since they are going to put out a for rent sign on the building and promote the website, most visitors are likely to look at the site using their phone, so building a site with a mobile-first perspective was critical to the project.
