Michael J. McKim is one of the one of the best Pleasanton dentists, and we recently were engaged to revamp and upgrade their old website. Their original website was built by us many years ago, before responsive design was the standard (just to give you an idea of how old it was).
For their revamped site, we took the pieces of their old site that worked, and weaved them seamlessly into the new site design.
What worked from their old site was the content and color scheme. We were able to recreate a new site that utilized their color scheme, and gave it a fresh, modern design. The new site looks equally great on desktops, laptops, phones and tablets, and puts the most important functionality (the ability to call or book a dental appointment online) front and center.
Patient forms were customized many years back, and we were able to transfer them over to the new website.
For appointment booking, the office uses DemandForce, and we were able to embed their book now form into their design, as part of their new site.
They also run patient reviews within DemandForce, and we were able to embed their reviews so potential patients can check them out without leaving the website.
One last feature that was important to transfer from their old site to the new one was the ability for patients to apply for CareCredit to pay for procedures, and we were able to incorporate their office’s link into a button that takes visitors directly to their application form.
All in all, the new dental website we designed came out great, and we are proud to put it in our portfolio.
