THE VIKING LAB
A Better Website for a Local Personal Training Gym
The Viking Lab is a gym that provides personal training programs to the general public. Located in Concord, just steps from the Walnut Creek border, the gym specializes in helping people customize their training program to meet their individual goals.
The Challenge
Google discontinued the website program built into the Google My Business platform, causing The Viking Lab’s existing website to disappear virtually overnight with limited notice.
Our Approach
We were able to recover the old website content using the Internet Archive / Wayback Machine, then worked with the owner to determine what to keep, what to update, and how to structure the new website.
The Result
We created a clean, focused website that matches The Viking Lab’s branding and clearly explains its personal training programs. The site is easy to use on both desktop and mobile and gives prospective clients a simple path to schedule a consultation or get in touch. The result is a website that does everything the gym needs it to do, without being overly complicated.
