Coast Construction is a fire & water damage restoration contractor based in San Leandro, and serving Alameda and Contra Costa county. When they came to us, their site was dated, and the content was disorganized.
Their owner wanted to reorganize and update the content, and make the site mobile-friendly. Here is what we came up with:
Given that their customers are often stuck in a bind after a house fire, making the site mobile-friendly, and highlighting their most important content to make it super easy to find was objective number one. The owner had a vision, and wanted their informative content to be accessible from a single tab, so he could direct customers to the red “first steps” button, which we achieved.
The owner also wanted to highlight their board up service, which is the first thing that takes place after a loss, and helps Coast Construction secure the next job of working through the insurer to restore the property to it’s former glory.
As one of the East Bay’s premier fire damage restoration companies, often rebuilding houses from the ground up after a house fire, Coast Construction had a ton of positive google and yelp reviews, which we imported into the site and displayed on the home and review pages.
They also had a ton of before & after photos, along with case studies that highlighted many of the different jobs they have completed, which we transferred to the new site, and polished the layout.
Next up, we build out a service area window on the homepage that lists the nearly 50 cities in their service area, and we will be working closely with the client to create optimized pages and content for each. We refer to this service as a “living portfolio” where we highlight real jobs they have completed in each of these cities, and it’s one of our most popular website upgrades and is especially useful for businesses that target a wide service area. After all, how can your site rank for “city + service” keywords if you don’t have content tailored to each?
