We recently helped Pascacio General Construction, a general contractor, based in San Leandro, serving the South Bay & Peninsula to launch their first website. The owner Mauri, started the company a few years back, and wanted to get a simple portfolio website launched to highlight his services, provides photos of recently completed projects, and give customers an easy place to request a quote. Here is what we came up with:
The owner knew he wanted something that stood out, and decided early on that he wanted a darker color scheme. With the logo provided, we were able to come up with a design that matched what he was looking for, from the very first site load.
When a user hit’s the homepage, a full width hero with a full size version of their logo, plus buttons to get a quote or click to call. It also translates well on mobile, offering our main call to action buttons before the user ever has to scroll.
Pascacio General Construction specializes in kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, exterior renovations, interior renovations, and new construction, like room additions and ADA builds, so it was important their home renovation website featured each of these areas, along with a list of the many different services they provide.
We also listed a service area window on the homepage with the 25 cities they wanted to target, and eventually we will hopefully come back and create city specific pages to target each.
Finally, the website features a portfolio page, with photos of completed work, all filterable by the type of services they provide (ie kitchen remodeling), so it is super easy for potential customers to see photos of their high-end work.
For most contractors, you don’t need to reinvent the wheel, but a website that explains what you do, shows photos of your work, and has reviews from satisfied customers is a baseline. Pascacio General Construction now has a solid website and marketing foundation from which to build.
