We recently helped revamp EastBayTreeService.com, Orinda’s best tree service for limited access and emergency projects. Their old website was build in the early 2000s and was significantly outdated, complete with a broken flash player and non-responsive, non-mobile friendly design.
We quickly updated their design with a responsive theme and the Elementor builder. On the homepage, we featured a photo of Mt. Diablo, one of the region’s most iconic features, to drive home the point that East Bay Tree Service is a local small business.
We leveraged the minimal amount of content that was salvageable from the old website, and supplemented it with freshly written, original, search-engine optimized content for the various tree care services the company provides.
As a well-established, reputable Lamorinda tree service, East Bay Tree Service had a good online reputation with lots of Google reviews, and we were able to import and display their best reviews on the home and reviews pages.
As an add on service, we also worked with the company to collect and gather as many previous customer emails as possible, and sent out an email blast to announce the new site, and get on customers radar. We also integrated the contact forms so that any new incoming customers would be automatically subscribed to the mailing list. Over time, new customers will get added, new blasts will be sent, and everything works efficiently so that the company can quickly get in contact with their best customers.
