Home Yoga is a Yoga studio based in San Leandro, CA. Their old website was built by the owner with a basic site builder, and it looked less than professional. We were brought in to revamp the website, bring it up to modern standards, and then hand it off to the client for self management.
Given that the businesses started out of the owners home during the pandemic, having a web presence was critical to their operation, but the old site left a little something to be desired.
The new site is mobile-optimized, and we built it with their goals in mind, namely giving people the ability to learn about their class offerings and book their slot in real time.
We started by cloning a different website we built for one of the client’s other businesses which runs out of the same building, then working to customize it to their Yoga brand.
The client handles real time yoga class scheduling and payments though a 3rd party provider called Momence, and we added a booking page that embeds their scheduling widget.
We also added functionality to sign up website visitors to their mailing list, so the client can send out email blasts to highlight open slots, new offerings, and other exciting things happening around the San Leandro yoga studio.
Once the site was finished, we got the site launched, then handed off access to the client and their team so they can change photos, add pages, and make text edits without having to reach out to us, saving them time and money in the process.
