Lorna L. Okada, DDS is a San Jose dentist, and we recently were brought on to completely revamp and redesign her dental website. Her office was moving to a new, bigger, nicer, more modern location, which necessitated the need for a website that matched the level of the new office’s beauty. Here is what we came up with:
We started by cleaning up the page structure of the old site, importing, and updating the content to fit our new design. The old site featured hundreds of patient educational resources and articles, and we were able to get these imported and cleaned up in the new site.
After previewing the layout to their team, Dr. Okada hired a photographer to take professional photos of their office and team, so we used the photos throughout the site, added an “Office Tour” photo gallery, and created a staff page featuring photos and bios.
We linked to a 3rd party tool they use to handle their patient intake forms, and we did so in a flexible way that will easily allow us to swap out the links to a new system they plan to switch to in a few months.
Given the great reputation of the office and their positive online reviews, we were able to import and display 5 star yelp and google reviews, plus import future new reviews automatically.
The site is mobile-optimized, but it looks great on tablets, desktop and laptops, too. Meta-titles and descriptions were written for the most important pages to target San Jose and dental related keywords.
All in all, the site looks great, and we are proud to put it in our website revamp portfolio
